We need to resubmit/amend the roof and timber substructure and cladding and simpler flooring to Enfield Council. Please note that we have ordered the 4 m wide by 2.1 m high aluminium bifolding door, 20 mm timber cladding and 40 mm deep insulated panels (1 m wide by 5.5 m long) for the roof which can not be refunded.
Can you confirm that your fees will cover the following:
1.Prepare structural calculations and drawings for proposed single storey timber frame rear extension.
2. Prepare structural calculations and drawings for proposed roof, timber wall and underfloor structure.
3. Structural drawings will be ready on Wednesday/Thursday this week the latest if you receive your instructions and payment today. 50% of the fees will be paid at completion.
4. Deal with Building Control / Enfield council resubmission/comments and request for amendments and revision, if applicable.
5. Consult, help and advice by emails or phone to the contractor and the Owner the duration of the construction period
