Elk Mtn Residence - Parking and retaining walls

I am building in Asheville, NC. I am looking for someone to design a parking lot for 4-5 cars along with an adjacent retaining wall on the order of 8-10 ft in height by approximately 60 ft in length. I am looking for a cost effective solution. I am thinking of a segmented block wall such as Anchor Wall or similar product but am open to suggestions. The is an additional retaining wall to the right of the entry. This is a smaller wall that will range from a few feet high to perhaps 7 ft tall. Retaining wall design greater than 4 feet will need to be stamped by an engineer for construction.

I have attached three drawings. The "House and Parking Lot" represent my idea of the potential layout. The house location is fixed. The parking lot and retaining walls (Shown in red) are not. These can be modified in any way to optimize the layout. The elevations are shown can also be modified. The house finished floor elevations are fixed but other elevations are not. The second file is the existing topo without the layout in DWG format.
