Elevations and floor plan of a mobile home office. 44ftx20ft

I am looking for an architect/designer who understands UK construction law to help me layout and design the unit. It needs to meet building regs and can only be 3.05 internally whilst being on a wheeled chassis to get to its destination. It will have 5 spaces inside it laid as as kitchen, offices and toilet. Anyone with any architectural experience could do this in minutes but i dont have the know how with the design programs. Images attached below are the same as what I am after for this new office.
