Electrical & mechanical drawings for 5 bedroom bungalow

I am in need of electrical and mechanical drawings for a 5 bedroom bungalow. I have a rough sketch of the floor plan, which I can provide to the freelancer. I require both 2D and 3D drawings for construction purposes. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating detailed electrical and mechanical drawings for residential buildings. Additionally, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred. The freelancer should be able to provide accurate measurements and ensure that all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
