Electrical and Plumbing design for small office and meeting space

I am working with an Architect who has an opportunity to design a small Welcome Center in WA. The current concept is roughly 1,200 sq ft and includes two offices, a meeting space and a single user restroom. There will be a solar PV component and car chargers. Would you be interested in providing the electrical and plumbing design for this? I am licensed in WA so I can seal the drawings, just need design. Thanks!
