Electrical Plan (drawing) for a 55 x 190 metal building (simple)

I need an electrical plan drawn for a 190 foot by 55 foot metal building that will be divided into 10 individual stalls. VERY SIMPLE electrical. Each stall has 2 outlets (receptacles), 5 lights, 1 switch. 1 exit sign, 1 exhaust fan and 1 spare (empty) conduit for future expansion. there will be two 200 amp service entrances. Each service entrance will serve 5 stalls. I have a pdf file of the engineering drawings for the building and that file is attached. I just need an electrical plan for the building permit. All very simple.
