Electrical Engineering documents for solar project

I own an RV campground in New Mexico. I am in the process of converting to solar. I need an electrical engineer to assist with the design and technical specifications.
Step 1:
I have 7 meters and would like to combine a few of them prior to implementing solar. I need assistance with evaluating the demand/load to determine which meters can be combined and still have a cost-effective solution. My electric company has several rate plans for commercial, I need to stay in the current rate plan.
I need an engineer stamp on the design for the electric company to approve the combining of the meters.
I need this step completed in 7 days.
Step 2:
Permit-ready solar design with NM Engineering stamp.
I have the energy data for the last two years, site plans, etc. that I will send to you.
