Electrical & CAD Design for Hydrogen
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I need a complete electrical design package for a new eight-skid hydrogen production system that covers water purification, the electrolyser stack, hydrogen purification, compression, storage and final dispensing. Everything you prepare must be build-ready, easy for vendors to follow, and created directly in AutoCAD Electrical so our internal team can evolve the model during construction.
The installation is in Canada, so every calculation, device selection and drawing detail has to meet Canadian Electrical Code (CEC), CSA C22.1 requirements. Where manufacturer data is available I will forward it, and I will stay available to clarify nameplate loads or control‐voltage conventions so you can lock down sizing early.
Core deliverables
• One consolidated single-line diagram in native DWG plus PDF
• All supporting AutoCAD Electrical files (libraries, project file, symbol definitions) so the drawing opens error-free on our side
I will judge completion on adherence to CEC spacing and protection rules, correct feeder and breaker sizing for each skid, clean layer management, and a drawing set that plots without errors at ANSI D size. If you have recent hydrogen, ammonia or similar process experience, please mention it when you respond so we can move straight into a quick kickoff call.
