Elaborate Project draw to build a frame curved for projection screen (220°)

I am looking for someone who can create a structural design using metal profiles for frame construction that will allow for the construction of a curved screen covering at least 220 degrees for use in flight simulation. I need the design and construction manual for assembling the screen.
