Egress Window Design for Ottawa Basement
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Looking to hire a freelance architect to create detailed drawings for converting basement windows into egress windows. Permit application will be handled by me, but I require your signature on the City of Ottawa’s designer form.
Payment terms:
-5% upon completion of drawings, with the remaining balance paid after city permit approval.
Requirements:
- Design for a casement window
- Compliance with local building codes (I will handle permits)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with residential egress window design
- Knowledge of Ontario building regulations
