Efficient Home Structural Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am an architect in Hood River, Oregon. I design houses, ADU's and remodels.
I am looking for a reliable structural engineer to do most of my projects. Currently this is a real bottleneck for my business and timelines.
My Autocad drawings are relatively clear and concise. I try to keep things simple and uncomplicated and tend to do good quality work, not volume or quantity.
I have attached a very simple carport I need to have gravity & lateral calcs for to submit for permits.
This is a very simple job that I figured would be good in order to establish a professional relationship.
