Earthwork Calculation & Cross-Section Design

I am looking for someone who can assist me with earthwork quantity calculations and cross-section preparation for a 2-3 road construction project using initial level data from an Excel file. The file contains elevation levels only. The ideal candidate would be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and have experience in road construction projects.
