ETABS RC Footing Design & Drawings
Budget: $200 – $400 USD
The steel car-park frame is already analysed in STAAD Pro; what remains is the reinforced-concrete foundation package. I will hand over the full STAAD model, the footing layout in DWG, and the service and ultimate reactions for every steel and concrete column. Using ETABS for the sub-structure analysis, I need you to size each footing and produce full reinforcement details in accordance with ACI 318.
Please treat this as an urgent task; I want the first review set as soon as realistically possible. When you respond, include a clear and concise project proposal that explains your approach, the checks you will run inside ETABS, and the time you need for each stage.
Deliverables (to be issued in one zipped folder):
• ETABS foundation model with load combinations already applied
• PDF calculation report covering bearing, one-way shear, punching and flexure checks
• Reinforcement drawings and details in DWG and PDF, complete with bar bending schedule
• Any supplemental notes or assumptions clearly called out in the report
All soil parameters, column schedules and grid coordinates are already available; just let me know if anything else is required before you start.
