Dylan Woods lot 10

I have a house plan that I am looking to build in Nolensville, Tennessee. Under roof with garage we are over 5,000 square feet which is the threshold that they have set to require the plan to be engineered. I am looking to get the plans engineered along with the material list required to meet that specification.
