Duplex home plan
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a planned duplex home. each floor has two units.
Design: Each floor fixes a little room for players or libraries that 2 units people are using it.
Temperature: Important to pass air for Kitchen and bathroom and also need inside the room to lower temperature.
Landsize: By Feet: 52ft (fixed) x 41ft OR By Miter: 17m (fixed) x 12m (SEE the attached picture CAPTURE3)
If your design has an award then you have to provide Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing drawings.

*CAPTURE1: Currently old home ROOF.
*CAPTURE2: Currently old home BEAM & ROOF structure.
*CAPTURE3: Old home with NEW LAND added.
OLD home design 3 Floors, But now like Duplex only. And before keep the steel all of the beams outside 3.5ft large for making new rooms.
