I am in need of a professional architect or civil engineer who can draft a house plan for a duplex. Here are the specific details I require:
- Design Style: I prefer a mix of traditional, modern, and ranch styles blended in an appealing manner.
- Bedrooms: In the two-unit duplex, one unit should have 2 bedrooms and the other unit should be designed with one bedroom.
