Dunlap Airpark - Subdivision Water & Stormwater Design in Tennessee

I am preparing a new subdivision / air-park in Sequatchie County, just outside the City of Dunlap, and I need a Tennessee-licensed civil engineer to assemble the full utility and stormwater package for TDEC review and approval.

Water system design is my top priority. Using the survey, topo, and supply-pressure data I will provide, I need a C900 PVC network laid out and sized for both domestic demand and fire flow. Please model the system in EPANET or WaterCAD so we can document pressures at every node and confirm hydrant performance. I want the plans highly detailed—including every pipe size, fitting, material specification, and valve location—ready to stamp and submit.

Once the water plans are solid, you will also prepare stormwater management, erosion-control measures, and SWPPP documentation, followed by the ARAP permit package for any watercourse crossings.

Key deliverables
• Signed and sealed water system drawings with pipe sizing, layout, and material specs
• Fire-flow hydraulic model files (EPANET / WaterCAD) and summary report
• Stormwater design, erosion-control plan, and complete SWPPP documentation
• ARAP permit application package, ready for TDEC submission
