Drive-Through Schematic Design for Office
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I require a detailed, to-scale schematic of a drive-through layout around my office building. The design should accommodate a one-car driveway along with additional parking spaces at the front of the building.
Key Requirements:
- The schematic needs to be precisely scaled to the dimensions of my office building.
- The design must factor in enough room for a single car to navigate the driveway comfortably.
- Additional parking spaces should be strategically placed at the front of the building.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in creating detailed, to-scale schematics.
- Prior experience with designing drive-through layouts is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of spatial planning and parking space allocation.
Please note, the dimensions of the office building that will be provided are its length and width measured in feet.
64 ft long and 70 ft wide
Drivethrough would be on far side of building as indicated in picture and the direction would follow the arrow. Drive-through would need to be as narrow as possible away from the building. (we will eventually build out the building to the drive through area. The parking would be where indicated on the picture attached. Any additional planting boxes, flower beds, green space to separate the areas would be great.
