Drawings to scale of house

I’m looking for drawings to scale of a house with an elevation view, a plan view and sectional view of the existing structure and the proposed structure, drawn to a scale of 1:200 or 1:100. I have a planned layout so I will work with the designer to ensure I get what I am hoping for. I am open to ideas and additional details that the designer may include, however I won’t stray far from my original concept. With this project, accuracy and quality are important, but low cost is equally important since this is a speculative planning application at this stage. Final drawings will be done once the concept is accepted.
