Draw up the existing floor plan for submission to the New Zealand council
Budget: $14 – $30 NZD
We require a competent draftsman to complete approval documentation. The scope of works is installing insulation to the existing exterior walls. We need the plans drawn up to show the scope of works.
We will provide with 3 PDF drawings. Drawing number 1 shows the original 2 bedroom house (built in 1959) ; Drawing 2 shows addition of a bedroom (added in 1971) and drawing 3 shows addition of a garage and office (added in 2005).
You will be required to combine all of these 3 drawings into one drawing. We would prefer someone with experience of working with New Zealand council's.
