Draw me a small house and 6 studio apartments (existing) in AUTOCAD

I need a drawing in AUTOCAD of a small house and 6 studio apartments (existing).
I will provide photos of everything, along with the measurements (the measurements are marked on the photos), and videos of the location for better understanding.
In addition to the drawing, it is necessary to add complementary information such as finishing materials, dimensions, and other texts. (All texts will be in SPANISH, so you don't need no know the Language, but you do need to be able to understand what I send you through a translator) The information will be provided by me.
I will also provide a hand-drawn plan (attached) to locate the buildings, as well as a reference DWG so that you know how the final drawing should look and from which you can take the font types, blocks, dimensions, etc.
Below, I am attaching a PDF so you can see how the work should look and some reference images. I have many more, with all the measurements.
I need the work completed in 15 calendar days.
