Draw plan by AutoCad for GAS and Electric company (PGE)

I am doing an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) project. The plan was approved by city. When apply for 2nd gas and electric meters, PGE asked for the plans in AutoCad. My architect used Chief Architect to submit plan, who do not know how to use AutoCad. I need someone who can help complete the job. It should be an relatively easy job if he/she knows AutoCad.
