Draw 2D landscaping plans for tile trading company

Dear,
We are a tile trading company and we need someone to draw 2D landscaping plans. We provide you with PDF house and pool plans including the measurements + measurements of the tiles that will be used for the project including joint (for example 3MM). You look for an aesthetically fitting solution depending on the lay out. We have waterjet machines to cut the tiles on the correct measurements. You will try to find a good balance between esthetics and cutting waste. We will help you finding that balance as it might be subjective at first. For example we can't deliver pieces that are 70% smaller than the tile itself and the joints should align perfectly between the swimmling pool borders and certain visualy striking anchor points somewhere else in the architecture of the house or terrace.

Within attachment an example of a pool and terrace where the tiles were innitially 100x100 but that were used cutted to achieve an interesting project. The tiles had to allign with a certain starting point of the poolhouse that you can see on one of the two plans.
