Draw commercial building and plot layout for permitting

We have a 20,000 square foot building located in Rockwall Texas. The building will be a bolt up engineered steel building, and structural details are not required for the frame. We intend to run most utilities under the foundation. The building will be used for CNC manufacturing and will utilize a lot of open floor, with somewhere around 4,000 square foot being utilized for office space.

We need the following done:
*Office area - Walls \ Lighting Fixtures \ Doors
*Electrical - Placement of sub-panels and major routing, not a detailed electrical plan
*HVAC - Placement of HVAC units return and pressure sides
*Plumbing - Placement of clean water and wastewater
*Plot Layout - Drives \ Parking Lots \ Building placement
