Drainage & Domestic Water Design Review

I have a commercial office scheme spread across nine storeys that is already 80–90 % engineered. What I need now is a sharp set of eyes on the public-health side to close everything out before close of play Wednesday 15 July.

Your brief centres on the BCWS schematic, which is lagging behind the latest layout and shows signs of an outdated arrangement. Alongside that, I want a final pass over the drainage and domestic hot- and cold-water pipework packages to be sure every drawing, calc and schedule aligns.

Key deliverables
• Updated BCWS schematic fully coordinated with current floor layouts
• Checked and re-presented hydraulic calculations (no formula changes, just accuracy and clarity)
