Draftsperson/ Architect
Budget: $2 – $30 AUD
I am looking for a skilled draftsperson or architect to complete the design for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing residential and commercial interior spaces and be able to create a comprehensive design from sketchs provided.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in drafting and design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations
- Experience in designing residential and commercial interior spaces
- Ability to communicate effectively with fluent english
- Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and precise drawings
- Ability to work within a set budget and timeline
Scope of Work:
- Create a complete designs with and without 3d renders
- Develop detailed drawings and plans for construction
- Ensure the design complies with building codes and regulations
