I need a skilled draftsman to modify detailed construction drawings and 3D models in AutoCAD.

Key tasks include:
- Structural modifications
- Ground floor layout adjustments: relocating structural external walls and external doors
- layout changes and amendments to internal joinery documentation - dining booth
- sunken lounge elevation details
- update architectures to match internal joinery elevations
