Draftsman to draw for bathroom and follow Auckland Council (New Zealand) standard building consent
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
Draftsman to create detailed drawings for Auckland Council (New Zealand) and a building consent application. The following tradies have already been hired that you can work with to reference what is needed, which includes: builder, plumber, and an electrician.
Initial rough drawing in MS paint with measurements has already been drawn. And there is an existing drawing for previous building consent from property files that was created back in 1995.
For more information see attached. The Bathroom reno and 293479-2.png are the same files, except just highlight what needs to be done. This needs to follow Auckland Council standards.

You need to work with plumber, electrian and builder on drawing specifications, so only someone form New Zealand or who lived here.

The proposed drawing should include:
- Design layout
- Specifications
- Plumbing/sanitary
- Detailed Junctions
- LBP number
Note: some of the following fixtures, fittings with support documents, and standards are already provided, so should be straight forward as most of the process has been done.
