I am in need of a skilled draftsman/cadd operator to create architectural drawings for my residential project. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating modern style designs.

- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience in residential architectural drafting
- Strong communication skills to discuss design preferences and changes with me.
