I am looking for a professional draftsman with ample experience in preparing house drawings for Australian standards. The plans will be for a single-storey house situated on a subdivided property.
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience drawing house plans to scale in Australia.
- Ability to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and site plans.
- Proficient in understanding and working with detailed designs we already have.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in CAD software or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of Australian building regulations and standards.
