Draftsman/Designer wanted for ongoing work

We need someone who is experienced with construction to do site plans, grading plans, revisions to blueprints. You must be able to understand Canadian zoning, more specifically in BC for right now.

Ability to transfer from PDF to CAD is also beneficial
