I am looking for a draftsman to create designs for my new house. The style of the house should be modern (concrete and glass). While I do not have specific requirements for the layout or features, I do have a rough idea of what I want. The size of the house should be large, with 7 bedrooms.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in modern house design
- Ability to create detailed drafts and designs
- Understanding of space planning and functionality
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Good communication skills to work with me and my builder throughout the design process.
