Drafting person for subdividon
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I am thinking of purchasing a property that is approximately 7900m2. The property has the potential to be subdivided into allotments of a minimum size of 500m3, each with a minimum frontage of 12 meters. Additionally, there is a house on the property that I would like to retain while subdividing the land. I am in need of someone who can create a detailed plan illustrating the frontage, boundaries, allotment sizes, and road dimensions.
There are many trees that will be cut down, but five big trees that can’t be cut down and included in the plan. If we can agree on a price, I will provide you with the address, site plan, and a rough sketch for reference. Please provide an offer for the drawing and rendering of the site plan.
