Drafting/permits

I have multiple back yard projects that were not properly permitted (hot tub/swim spa installed partially in-ground). Slab/electrical plans never created and submitted. Decking installed around spa and swim spa not drawn up or permitted. Main residence deck expanded but not permitted. Solar installed in 2014 but doesn’t appear to have been permitted. Required?. Looking for a draftsman and/or contractor that can assess projects and create renderings that can be submitted for proper permits. I have copy of current county assessor report for our property to view against current status of our yard.
