CDC drawings for Alterations/additions of an existing house
Require an experienced draftsman to prepare a set of Architectural plans for council approval (Complying Development Application).
Project is in Sydney NSW, hence require a person fa miler with local council drawing specifications
The intention is to add a second toilet and a Sun room/Drying room to our existing single storey home. Proposed extension will be about 25sq. meter of new build area
