I am looking for a skilled draftsman or architect who can assist me with drafting and designing my residential building. Although I have rough sketches, I require professional drawings to support a retrospective application to the council.
Scope of Work:
1. Drafting and design: Create detailed architectural drawings based on my rough sketches, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
2. Structural changes: Provide full structural drawings to support the retrospective application to the council.
3. Consultation: Collaborate with me and the builder to ensure the design meets both structural and aesthetic requirements.
Deliverables:
- Complete set of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Detailed structural drawings to support the retrospective application to the council.
Please note that previous experience working on similar residential projects and familiarity with local building regulations would be highly advantageous.
The home is 1 bedroom, with 2 small loft spaces.
