Drafting Electrical Building Installations floor layouts in CAD based on scanned pdf (230 dwgs)

Convert as-built electrical installations floors layouts plans available only in scanned pdf format (230 A0 dwgs) into CAD. We already have the architectural background in CAD, the mission consists in drafting the electrical systems (lighting, power, low current, etc.) based on the scanned pdf as-built using the latter architectural drawing as background.
