Drafting - Changes to Existing Home Plan

Time Sensitive - need a couple days turn around. See attached files. We have a remodel/addition home plan done by a lumber company. They do not have time to tweak the plan at this time. Most critical part is the foundation plan so that the excavator and basement contractors can go to work. If we find that the overall dimensions will not work due to set back requirements, garage may be shortened.

If you have ability to do other construction parts of the plan such as lighting, plumbing, hvac plan, we will consider contracting depending on price.
