? Project Scope:
We are looking for a skilled CAD drafter to digitally reconstruct 2D as-built floor plans of a two-level house.
Only 3 photo files (scanned drawings or annotated images) are available.
There is no digital or structured room plan, so the drafter must interpret layout and scale from the images.
? Project Goal:
The floor plans must be drawn in a way that they can later be used for:
Renovation planning (wall insulation, reconfiguration, window updates, etc.)
Technical installations (electricity, HVAC, plumbing)
Cost estimation and contractor briefings
So, the files should be clean, scaled, and layered, ready for architectural edits or overlays.
? Deliverables:
2D as-built floor plans (Ground Floor + First Floor)
Includes:
Outer and inner walls
Doors and windows (direction if visible)
Basic room zones labeled (English or French)
Estimations of dimensions in meters
Standard architectural scale (1:100 or 1:50)
Prepared in a way that future changes (SOLL-Planung) can be easily added
? Required Output:
.DWG (editable AutoCAD format, layered and clean)
.PDF (A3 or A4 print layout)
Optional: DXF or SVG export
✅ Freelancer Requirements:
Architectural drafting experience
Ability to work from photo images
Attention to clarity and layer organization
Output must be usable for planning and permit purposes
? Provided Materials:
3 annotated photo images (floor plan sketches)
Reference notes: no exact measurements, but building is approx. 110–130 m² total
Orientation or relative scale visible in images
? Timeline:
Delivery within 5 working days of project start.
