Drafter Needed for Bakery & Cafe Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking an experienced drafter based in Perth, WA to create a detailed plan of our family bakery and cafe. This is for Council approval under Strata bylaws.
Key Requirements:
- Drafting a comprehensive layout of the whole shop, including the seating area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Adherence to Strata bylaws.
- Potential for future projects if the draft is approved.
- Experience with council submissions is a plus.
