Draft plans - 23/09/2023 18:59 EDT

I'm seeking a talented freelancer to draft plans for a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation state license in TN. Must be stamped for TN. I have an existing license for 7 beds but if I want to increase one bed for a total of 8 beds or increase three beds for a total of 10 beds, I need plans drafted. The existing structure is around 4,000 sq feet, and I plan to add at least 3 beds for a total of ten. I also want to draft some plans from scratch to add about 2,500-3,000sq feet on the empty lot behind the structure that I own.
I have some existing rough sketches, so I need a freelancer to start from the sketches and pictures to create the plans I need. I'm looking for someone who is experienced and can provide timely results.
