Draft Residential Building Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Construction plans for a 2000 sq ft residential home. The residence consists of a finished basement, main floor, and a living area in the attic space. Floor plans, measurements, new finishes, and photos of existing residence will be provided. Deliverables include:
1) Construction Floor Plans for 3 Levels (Finished basement, Main Floor, Attic Living Space). This includes electrical, mechanical, and structural plans drawn to local NY state code. Note: The majority of the design and engineering specs will be provided.
2) Exterior elevations for each side of the residence. New finishes and material design will be provided. Pictures of existing residence will be provided. A recent survey of the property will also be included.
