Draft and Render this house project
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm looking for someone to draft this house in AutoCad and to then render it in Sketchup. In AutoCAD, it must show the contours, elevations, side views, and floor plans, and structural; what it takes to submit for building permitting.
In SketchUp, the layers must be broken apart to show structural components.
Attached is the rough mockups of what I'm looking to have done.

- From driveway, concrete walk way up to 12x80 ft patio 5 ft wide. Retaining wall along driveway. with walkway about 10 ft from garage door.
- Patio: Full length of the house - minus ~20 ft on the western side to account for the concrete stairway up to it.
