Downspout Roll Forming Machine Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a seasoned industrial-machinery designer to create a build-ready package for a downspout roll forming line used on PEB buildings. We are starting from scratch, so you will engineer every major element—the frame and structure, the full roller/tooling set, and the integrated control system.
Your workflow should centre on SolidWorks for 3D modelling, with all manufacturing drawings exported to DWG so they open flawlessly in AutoCAD. Alongside the mechanical design, I expect laser-cut and wire-cut plate layouts, a complete BOM with precise material grades, and concise electrical/control schematics.
Key deliverables
• Native SolidWorks assemblies and parts
• DWG manufacturing drawings for laser and wire cutting
• Fully itemised BOM with material specifications
• Annotated fabrication drawings and exploded views
• Control cabinet layout, wiring diagram, and I/O list
Acceptance criteria: every DWG must import into AutoCAD 2020 error-free; roller passes must clear SolidWorks interference checks; and forming load calculations must fall within the selected motor’s continuous torque rating.
