Door and Hardware Takeoff

I need a portion of my workload to be alleviated and am looking for an ongoing relationship for someone to take plans (building/construction plans) and create a list of doors(type of doors, sizes, swings, hardware required, wall sizes, etc.

There will be an onslaught of bids to quote and I'm open to discuss the best type of agreement that will work for both us.
