Documenting an office fitout - AutoCAD
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
We are Retail Designers & Project Managers.
We have a new client who operates a number of franchises across Australia.
We are working from their standard styleguide where all the information is available, including optional layouts, finishes, furniture & signage for the shopfront & the reception.
We have to survey, document & PM these office fitouts comprising a main reception, 2-4 interview/meeting rooms & a staff room. Typical floor plan range from 50sqm to 120sqm.
We are seeking a CAD designer / documenter who could assist with our first store to start with.
The survey has been done. The project needs to be accelerated so we need to have the documentation completed with 5 working days. This will include:
- Plans: Proposed layout, Reflected Ceiling plan,
- Elevations: Shopfront, Reception, 4 walls
- Finishes schedule
- Furniture schedule
The final drawings will be supplied in AutoCAD
