Digitize Real Estate Floor Plan

Hi, I have pictures of a hand drawn floor plan, and I'd like someone to create a digital copy of the (hand drawn) floor plan that I have. I want the floor plans to be attractive but static (2D) is all I need.

There are two separate units. 2656 sq ft, and 885 sq ft.
