Develop and design MEP system for Hotel Tower.

The scope of the project requires MEP design and revit or autocad plan drawing. The tower consist of 2 basements. Ground floor and 10 floors. Its required that you design the HVAC load calculation and select appropriate HVAC type unit. Select and design duct work. Draw the HVAC system on autocad or revit and it should include all the required dimensions with clear details. Also it is required that you design and draw plumbing system for fresh water supply to drainage system to sentry. And finally it is also required that you design and draw electric system which should feed the whole building and its mechanical equipments. The work should meet the new Saudi Arabia standard for MEP system. Structure and Architecture plans will be provided to work on. The first step is to provide project study and provide how many hours required and quotation for the whole project. The work will be in coordination with me and I will provide more details requirements for electrical and mechanical specifications to speed and ease the project progress.
