Develop building plans for a custom, eco-friendly home

I'm looking to have detailed building plans developed for a custom, eco-friendly home to be sited on undeveloped farmland in Elbert County, CO. The home should have more than 2,000 sq ft of living space, and I am particularly interested in eco-friendly features like passive-solar earth-berm construction, roundwood framing, and straw-bale insulation. I'm also looking for a Spanish Colonial-style design. The perfect candidate for this job will be experienced in developing sustainable building plans as well as in achieving the desired architectural style. Attached is a conceptual layout, but this will likely change in the final design based on the terrain of the build site.
