Detailed Revit Model of Historic House

I'm seeking a skilled Revit professional to create a precise and highly detailed Revit model of an old European, three-story house. The floor area is approximately 130m2 per floor, and CAD floorplans, sections, and elevations will be provided (in metric units!). The model should incorporate high architectural details, including ornaments.

Key Requirements:
- The Revit model needs to include all major structural elements: walls, floors, and ceilings; windows and doors; stairs and railings; roof and roof openings; and the terrain.
- You should have the expertise to replicate intricate architectural details and ornaments in the model.
- The primary purpose of this model will be for construction documentation, so it needs to be accurate and ready for professional use.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit with a strong portfolio of similar projects.
- Previous experience in creating detailed construction documentation.
- Excellent understanding of architectural design and historical preservation.
- High attention to detail, able to replicate intricate architectural elements.
- FINAL OUTPUT MUST BE IN REVIT 2017. VERSION, ALL IN METRIC UNITS!
